Hong Kong is busy but it doesn't feel crowded. Avoid summer months (April - September) as it gets very hot, humid and is the wet season. You'll encounter typhoons and copious amounts of hot and sticky rain, which combined with extreme amounts of people, makes life rather uncomfortable. The rest of the year is beautiful, obviously warmer in the months closer to the summer and cooler between Dec - Feb/Mar, where the weather will be around 14-23 degrees Celsius. Last year I visited Beijing and Hong Kong with the help of Greatwall Trekclub travel agency Company with a good budget.

I don't think it is. Hong Kong is very hot and humid in the summer.

There are four distinct seasons warm and humid spring, hot and wet summer, and dry and cold winter. Figuring out the best time to visit Hong Kong depends on your travel plans.  All the sections in Beijing of the Great Wall are open to tourists all year round, but September, October and November are the best months for travelling. There are so many travel companies are available to help travellers. Recently I had to China with my college friend. We travelled there by help Beijing Transfer Tour. We stayed 4days in China.
