Since you call yourself "Real African", why do you even ask the question?

We returned from a 17 day trip to South Africa last weekend, also visiting Botswana and Zimbabwe using Gate1. The trip was fantastic and everything was taken care of for us, including hotels, game drives, game cruises, most meals, transportation and a wonderful guide, Char Chambers. The hotels were upscale and interesting. On the game drives we saw hundreds of elephants, rhino, giraffe, hippo, cape buffalo, leopards, and a pride of lions less than 30 feet away from our safari jeep. Nile crocs, many birds and scores of other animals up close made this a trip to remember. Included are multiple game drives in three different locations and two river cruises. The cost is very reasonable, especially since it includes roundtrip air from JFK in New York and internal flights as well. Victoria Falls can be included if you wish. You may end your trip in South Africa or extend it to Zimbabwe and Botswana if you wish, again at a very reasonable cost. Also included in the basic tour are many museums and other interesting sites, including Soweto and other townships of the Apartheid era. We have traveled with Gate1 previously and every trip is a real treat.

So the answer to your question is:  travel to Southern Africa for the most memorable trip you will ever experience. The cost is very reasonable for the memories you will treasure.
