Traveling Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras

by gwjoyce »

Hi there, I plan on travelling Costa Rica, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras from roughly early February to late May 2015. For flights I quoted a price of €750 (return) coming from London UK and flying into San Jose Costa Rica via American transfers. My itinerary would very loosley encompass the red line in the image attached, I think it would be a fitting itinerary to see an enormous amount and also honour my return flight. This is a very loose plan I have but any thoughts from anyone would be really appreciated to get the ball rolling on making an economic and effecive trip. Thanks in advance. G

It sounds like quite a plan! Not sure what you're asking, but this does seem doable.

We are interested in traveling to Peru/Machu Picchu in early November. We are used to traveling with Tauck Tours and have been considering Abercrombie and Finch since Tauck doesn't travel to Peru after October. Does anybody have any other suggestions for high end tour companies that travel to Peru?

Thanks for your help

You may also want to consider Backroads and Andean Treks. Both are high-end operators with well-regarded Peru itineraries.
