Here's a link to the information you're looking for: http://www.undergroundtour.com/  The tours are through the older part of the city, which has built up in the past hundred years.  But the beauty of Seattle is it's harbor area and attractions like the Space Needle and Pike's Market, not underground.  Be sure you take time to explore these.

I've a fairly detailed blog post on visiting Seattle at my website with lots of photos if you'd like to see more about what there is to see and do.  Here's that link if you're interested: http://drfumblefinger.com/wrdprs/blog/2012/12/seattle-washington-coffee-capital-of-the-world-and-a-city-of-many-other-nicknames/

Lastly, if you are there in the summer, excellent day trips from Seattle include to nearby Tacoma (and its very interesting Glass Museum), Mt. Rainer and Mt. St Helen's.  Enjoy your time in the lovely Pacific Northwest.

I live here in Seattle and took the tour many years ago.  You may be a bit disappointed depending on what you are expecting.  You need to use your imagination a lot.   Many many more interesting sights to see.  Be sure to take a ferry ride over to Bremerton, Washington from the water front.  Take a round trip and stay on....the ride through the Pacific Sound is beautiful.  For a great experience time it so that you can watch a sunset going over and coming back you will see the lights of Seattle.  Very inexpenisve trip.   Many great museums, the Pike Street Market right down town as well as Old Town where the Underground tour is done.   A great trip to Mt. Rainier which is about 2.5 hours from Seattle is fantastic.  It is a National Park and a senior pass gets you in for free.   There is a beautiful lodge and tourist center up there too.  Great for hiking on the mountain watching people hike to the top of the mountain which is snow covered.   Summer starts there July 1st or so and the spring and summer flowers come out in July to August.   Late August starts the fall season with all its colors too.  My wife was up hiking yesterday there and saw a black bear who ignored them and some elk.  At this time of year,  May/June is still winter so they were snow shoeing.   Our summers are usually nice and cool with temps in the 70's to mid 80's and seldom rains.  Hope you enjoy your visit.

Anthony Bourdain did an episode on Seattle on his new CNN show Parts Unknown and he goes on the underground tour. Eh. See if you can find an episode On Demand.
