We were the first to introduce you to Rodney Ezrapour's online-only powerhouse of budget-minded vacations, Offpeak Traveler, way back in July last year when he began offering those cheapie London jaunts that started a full-fledged price war. Now the company has chalked in "Paris" on its slate, and the price is wacky low.
This came in just under the wire. United Airlines and Lufthansa, operating under their Star Alliance partnership, are discounting fares from the U.S. to Europe, the Mideast and Africa if you buy by January 23, 2003.
Here's another savory sampler that'll make you to get down to the tropics and to warm up on the beach, with prices that should make you want to jump out of your parkas and into your swimwear. Today we're featuring Grenada and Bonaire.

From Tim Liu: "Anyone who is booking flight incoming to u.s. with layover in Miami should allow three hours between connections. I have read this at Flyertalk.com after I experienced missing connecting flight when I had about 1:45 between flights. It was a nightmare."
From Constance M. Hull: "I enjoy and utilize the wealth of information within Frommer's excellent site, newsletter and forum to plan our vacations which we have been accustomed to taking several times throughout each year. In the past 30 years, we've taken numerous trips throughout Europe and Asia; however, relatively few within our own Continental United States."
From Joan Brasseur: "We're planning a trip in October to Botswana. Noticed most notes posted were from people traveling independently. Does any one have information on the organized group tours? We're looking at one through Overseas Adventure travel. They all seem a little pricey but hopefully worth it."
From Walby: "I have recently return from a Christmas cruise on ROC's Voyager to the Amazon. A mysterious $3.00 per day 'security' charge was added to our bill. I discovered it by accident two days into the trip--mysteriously left on my desk with some other unimportant papers. In my opinion this was an under the table effort to aquire additional monies from their customers."
From Sam Jernigan: "Well, maybe it's because I'm from sunny California, but our recent trip to Montreal was...difficult. The wintery conditions made getting around uncomfortable and lots and lots of things are closed around the holidays. I understand there's a big festival in February so things probably liven up then. In Old Town there isn't much to it. And the overall promise of great food in Montreal didn't deliver."
