The sleuths from Airfarewatchdog.com uncover some super (and some secret) sales on plane tickets. The question is: With so many routes discounted, where can't you fly?
Gate1 recently began offering six-day air and hotel packages to Paris, London, Rome and other European cities starting from just $499, which beats the price of airfare alone.
While the New Zealanders welcome you with a traditional Maori Kia Ora, trust the Australians to come up with a new tourism campaign that asks "Where the Bloody Hell Are You?".

From bruno29: "This was my first time going to Vail, Keystone, Copper and Breckenridge (I usually go to Steamboat). We stayed in Dillon, and it was a good, central location. All were good in their own way, but overall I would rank Keystone as the best considering cost, convenience, runs, food and the like."
From shirleylee: "The other day as I was preparing for a trip, I realized how much I dislike packing, so I wondered if others felt the same. There are so many positives to traveling, but I'd be interested in knowing -- what are your top 5 dislikes when it comes to traveling?"
From austriabound: "Has anyone used this debit card before? Likes? Dislikes? I've gotten some information regarding $4.95 charge for AAA members for the card, $2 for international cash wishdrawals, $350 limit of cash/day and $2000 purchase limit over a 24-hour period. What I've not read is, do they charge you a fee for purchases? My Chase Visa told me today they charge 1% per cash withdrawal and 3% for purchases! If the AAA Visa is less than that, I'm going that route. Does anyone have more information?"
From Ludmilla: "I planned a trip with two friends, but they are now unable to go. My budget won't stretch to afford the hotels we had selected for just me alone (assuming I need to eat over the 10 days I'll be there). Will be there March 17 through 26. Since I'd rather be camping, anyway, would like reviews of campgrounds and camp areas all over the island. Guess I'm planning a whole different trip! I realize this is a very vague and general question, but all ideas and suggestions and caveats are very welcome."
From bpschoe: "Based on information I read in discussions about good air fares to Santiago, a few readers suggested contacting LatinAmerica4Less. I have done this and they have provided me with a decent priced trip. In order to purchase my tickets I have to fax them my credit card information, plus a copy of my drivers license. I have concerns about identity theft and wonder why this isn't done through a secure site. Are others out there that have used this travel agent and felt secure about giving out this information?"
