Can't take the summer heat? These amazing rooftop pools let you take a dip by day, then sip cocktails and mingle with beautiful people at night. Though some hotels only allow rooftop access for overnight guests, others let you join the party for the price of a cocktail or a spa treatment. As for the rooftop views, some would say they're priceless. We couldn't agree more.
