We haven't seen prices this low in a decade. A fare anywhere near this price would normally be for a rare--and super special--sale, yet British Airways has been extending it again and again, plus offering select city specials. But hurry, the sale ends November 4.

We told you the details of these flights earlier here, but let's recap. Currently, the best of the bunch are roundtrip San Diego to London seats from as little as $198 before taxes and fees, which can amount to around $100. Still, even at $298, this is simply too low a deal--from the West Coast, no less--to pass up. That price is for November departures. Base-prices go up to $238 for December through February departures, then $258 for March trips. A Saturday stay is required and the prices are good only for Sunday through Thursday departures. You'll need to add $30 each way if you want to leave on a Friday or a Saturday. In addition to London, the carrier is also featuring Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels tix from San Diego from a low $298 for November departures. Black-out dates surrounding winter holidays apply.

Not from San Diego? You can still take advantage of the system wide sale to London from most U.S. gateways the dip to a staggering $228 roundtrip. These prices also end today (although our fingers are crossed for yet again another extension), but the beauty of this sale is that you can rebook your itinerary all the way through the end of March for no additional fee. For both deals, they're even throwing in some cheapie hotel room prices--plus you'll save an additional $10 per ticket for booking online. And if you can't get the deal and the dates you want on British Air, go right ahead and check out all those competitors who are forced to match prices, notably Virgin-Atlantic (www.virgin-atlantic.com), Delta (www.delta.com), United (www.ual.com) and Continental (www.continental.com). Depending on the travel dates you select, competitors prices may even be a few dollars cheaper than BA's, so be sure to do some comparison shopping first.
