July 21, 2004 -- Hawaii is wildly popular once again, with tourists flooding in, bringing smiles to the faces of hoteliers, gift shop owners and restauranteurs who've been seriously deprived of an income post 9/11. The recovery has been slow, for sure, but all seems right with Hawaii at the moment - made all the better with these air and hotel combos.

Northwest WorldVacations have several different offers in a new campaign promoting new non-stop flights out of Los Angeles, San Francisco and Portland, OR. First, you can fly out of Los Angeles and stay for five nights at the Ohana Waikiki Surf Hotel starting from only $415, breakfast included. You must book by August 7 for travel through December 15; when booking, use discount code WV4928. The same package starts from $422 out of San Francisco and $483 out of Portland. Departures out of other gateways are available at higher rates. Security fees and taxes are extra and vary by gateway. Full details can be found at www.nwaworldvacations.com/specials/specialoffer.do?specialOfferId=4113. You can also save $100 off any vacation package of $899 or more originating from Portland OR, San Francisco, Los Angeles and multiple connecting cities such as Anchorage, Reno, Sacramento, and Spokane.

Another offer allows you to save up to $200 to Oahu. Make a reservation by July 31 for travel through December 15 and save more on already reduced prices, they say. Save $100 on air and hotel packages of $1,800 to $2,499; save $150 on packages of $2,500 to $3,199; and save $200 on packages of $3,200 or more. Use booking code WV4914; get more at www.nwaworldvacations.com/specials/specialoffer.do?specialOfferId=4102.

A final offer is for travelers booking their Hawaii vacation with Starwood and World Vacations. You get food and beverage credits worth up to $250, depending on hotel location, plus a free stay on the fourth or fifth night. Book by September 30 for travel from August 22 through December 20. Complete details on this special are listed at www.nwaworldvacations.com/specials/specialoffer.do?specialOfferId=4114.
