Payless Car Rentals is jumping on the giveaway bandwagon during the week of September 11. They're waiving the rental fees for the first day of a minimum three-day car rental between September 9-13. There is a catch to this one, however. It's available only to walkup customers at Payless airport branches, meaning you can't reserve your car ahead of time.
