You can get a compact car for as little as $19.99 for pickups between Thursday through Sunday, with a two-day minimum and five-day maximum limit. Prices go up for Monday through Wednesday pickups. Budget is also offering weekly rentals for its selection of premium cars, minivans and SUVs for as little as $199.99--that breaks down to just under $29 a day.
