Fly, Sail and Save on Norwegian Epic

NCL (tel. 888/625-2784; www.epic.ncl.com) is offering savings on airfare for Norwegian Epic cruises out of Miami between July 10 and Aug. 28, 2010. With the purchase of a balcony or deluxe balcony cabin aboard Norwegian Epic, flights are just $99. This price includes air from 16 gateway cities -- including New York (JFK, LaGuardia and Newark), Washington, D.C. (Dulles and Reagan National), Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston and Orlando -- and port transfers. The new Norwegian Epic will cruise 7-night alternating eastern and western Caribbean sailings out of Miami beginning July 10. Rates for balcony cabins start at $1,215 per person. The flight specials are available for the first and second guest in a stateroom. Special $199 fares are available from other gateways including Los Angeles, San Francisco, Seattle and Phoenix. Prices are subject to availability and do not include air taxes. Specials are available up until cruise dates.

MSC Fares Fall for Autumn Cruises

Roommates Save in Norway

Hurtigruten (tel. 800/323-7436; www.hurtigruten.us) is offering a 50 percent discount on companion fares through Sept. 13, 2010 on more than 100 departures of the Norwegian Coastal Voyage 6-, 7- or 12-night sailings. Travel along Norway's spectacular fjord-filled, 1,250-mile west coast between the Hanseatic port of Bergen and Kirkenes, close to the Russian border. The booking deadline is Aug. 31 and the deal can be combined with an AARP on board cabin credit of up to $100 and a 10 percent savings for passengers who sailed on any Hurtigruten ship in the past three years. Regular fares range from $1,632 to $11,621 per person, double occupancy. Certain restrictions apply.
