I don't know about you, but I love fancy bath amenities. I wouldn't go out and buy them, but if they're stocked in my cruise ship cabin or hotel room, I'm psyched for the chance to upgrade. For those with a penchant for luxurious shampoos, creams and gels, the cruise lines got you covered. Many of them pamper with top brands and yummy private label products. Here are the best.
Gilchrist & Soames
Another top brand associated with all things refined and elegant, London-based Gilchrist & Soames is the embodiment of old-world beauty with its high-quality, straightforward English toiletries. Cunard guests can bathe themselves in traditional luxury with Gilchrist & Soames' line of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, bath gel.

All cabins have a stash of Disney's fresh H2O water-based products, including sea marine revitalizing shampoo, marine collagen conditioner and hydrating body butter. Even better: concierge-level suites will find more H20 Plus offerings such as sea salt body wash and solar relief gel.

Celebrity pampers all its guests with its private label HydroMinerale toiletries, including crisp, lemongrass-scented shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and hand soap. For suite guests fleetwide, as well as Aqua-class guests aboard the Solstice and Equinox, there's even more: shower gel and a spa kit containing foot spray, lip balm and relaxation mist.
Hermes & Clarins

Guests in the Owners and Vista suites are spoiled with lavish his and hers amenities kits. Gents get a navy blue canvas kit filled with Hermes products, including shampoo, condition, shower gel, after-shave cologne and bar soap. Ladies are pampered with even more products: a sea of Clarins goodies range from shampoo to conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, concentrated bath oil, intensive hand and nail cream, invigorating leg cream and sun protection products.
All HAL cabins are stocked with Elemis Aromapure amenities, including pure shine shampoo, pro-vitamin conditioner, citrus slice soap, sharp shower and bath gel, pure zest cleaning soap and vitamin rich body Lotion. Meanwhile, the Samsara spa cabins aboard the Costa Serena and Costa Concordia have Elemis bath products too, as do all cabins on the NCL fleet.

L'Occitane's Provence-inspired toiletries are offered in all cabins aboard Windstar's three sleek sailing ships, including shampoo, conditioner, lotion, soap and lip balm. From its famous shea butter creams to lavender, almond, honey and lemon, L'Occitane is all about natural ingredients and fresh scents. Seabourn also indulges guests by offering L'Occitane soaps in its cabin bathrooms.

The lovely loos on the Symphony and Serenity are stocked with Aveda shampoo, conditioner, body wash, moisturizer and bar soap. For 30 years, with its botanically-based products Aveda has been synonymous with natural beauty and is one of the most recognizable and respected luxury beauty product brands in the country.
Silversea takes its pledge to pamper seriously, giving guests a choice of three different bath products including my favorite, Bulgari. Enjoy the shampoo, conditioner, shower and bath gel, body lotion and soap from this high-end purveyor of jewels and fragrances founded more than a century ago in Italy. SeaDream Yacht Club also spoils its lucky guests with Bulgari's white tea products, ranging from body lotion to hair conditioner, shampoo/shower gel and hand soap.
Acqua di Parma
Those with a nose for elegance and grace will enjoy the products of Acqua di Parma, one of the three extravagant brands of bath products Silversea offers guests. A perfumerier founded in Parma, Italy in the early 20th century, cultural icons from Audrey Hepburn to Cary Grant loved the crisp, clean Aquaq di Parma scent. Today, Silversea treats guests to daily doses of Acqua di Parma's shampoo, conditioner, shower and bath gel, body lotion and soap.
The line is offering its guests a new range of the London-based Molton Brown products it has pleased guests with for years. Called Therapies, the toiletries are created from active plant ingredients to help cure all that ails you, from purifying the body of pollutants to easing stress and jetlag. Guests can enjoy generous supplies of Molton Brown's plum-kadu hairwash and conditioner; ambrusca bath and shower gel and body tonic as well as ambrusca cleanse bar and thermal salts muscle soak; and cedrus temple soother and soothing body oil.
