How to Complain to Carnival Cruises

Almost nothing is worse than being trapped in a bad cruise experience. If this happens with Carnival, here's how you can report your negative feedback.

Complaints to Carnival are sent to the Carnival Support Team by phone or email. First you have to go through the FAQ on the website (choose "Post-cruise inquiries"). If that still doesn't answer your issue, you can call. If you haven't sailed yet, call 800/764-7419, and if you have, call the cruise line at 800/929-6400.
