Marriott controls some 30 brands through its Bonvoy network, and the corporate HQ has an online form where you can file comments about complaints (which the company euphemistically call "concerns") by choosing a topic from the drop-down menu on its Contact Us page.
Marriott's system expects you to fill in the location and dates of a past stay to allow your written comment to be lodged.
For complaints resulting from customer experiences, the company encourages customers to first contact the general manager of the property involved with the problem.

Members of the corporation's Bonvoy loyalty points program also have access to dedicated customer service phone numbers, which are listed on this page by country or region. The number for the U.S. and Canada is 800/627-7468.
