Tip -- When you change money, ask for some small bills or loose change. Rude or lazy cashiers may tell you they have no small bills or change, but persist with a smile and a plea nonetheless. It's their job to provide cash, not the job of your taxi driver. Petty cash will come in handy for tipping and public transportation.
