Though I have no idea why anyone would ever want to escape the gorgeous little city of Sausalito, California, I'll be there on Aug. 6 to give tips for doing just that.
The wonderful independent bookstore Sausalito Books by the Bay is hosting me to discuss travel. The event starts at 6pm and should last for approximately an hour.
We'll cover how to make your next vacation both more affordable and more meaningful, destinations you may not have thought of visiting (but should), and ways to escape the crowds when you travel.
Before and after the event I'm happy to schmooze with whoever shows up, so please don't be shy about bringing any questions you may have about your own upcoming journeys. We can talk travel and wander around this lovely bookstore—what could be better?
