April 21 -- Loyal readers of this Newsletter can get one night free if you stay for seven nights or longer in one of over 300 homes available near Disney World from AAA Dream Homes, whose properties start as low as $79 per night if you book seven or more nights. According to Dream Homes, their properties are "the closest vacation rental homes to Disney World," all located just off Highway 192, less than ten minutes from Mouse Central. Each home has its own private, screened pool, with heating available for an extra charge. Each of the homes and the condos feature a fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. Each living room has a cable TV, VCR, music system and pull out sofa bed. Although the lowest price per night is $79 in December 2003 (before Christmas), other typical prices for the smaller places (3 bedrooms, 2 baths) and for seven nights or more include: $95 in April and May (except Easter), $105 in June, $85 in September, $105 in October and November (except Thanksgiving). Prices for larger homes or condos (up to six bedrooms and three baths) range all the way up to $205 per night.
Highway 192 is also just five minutes from Celebration, Florida, the community designed and built by Disney. The road is also an attraction packed highway with many restaurants, outlet stores, dinner theaters and more arrayed along it.
