This two-for-one deal is offered by the Avalon group, which has other properties in Mexico and in Panama, too. But this is for Acapulco only, and you can travel between now and June 8, 2003, at this price. The Excalibur is located in the heart of the Santa Lucia Bay district of Acapulco, right on famous Hornos Beach. It's about 20 stories tall, and has 227 rooms with ocean view, 181 of the rooms have a mountain view. The $95 is for a standard room. You must stay a minimum of three nights, and some restrictions apply.
All-inclusive rates include the room, meals, the local beverages, tips and taxes, with children 12 and under staying and eating free when sharing a room with two paying adults. The meals when kids eat free must be taken when they are accompanied by a paying adult and be of equal or lesser value.
The hotel was formerly called the Plaza Las Glorias Paraiso. It features two swimming pools (one especially for children), and a plethora of water sports possibilities, making it ideal for a family vacation.
