Every home has a private, screened swimming pool and every condo unit has a community pool and a clubhouse. If you come during cooler months, the pools can be heated for an extra charge. All homes feature central heating and air-conditioning systems. The three-bedrooms/two-bath is the smallest home available, but there are bigger ones up to six rooms and three baths. Condos are either two bedrooms/two baths or three bedrooms/two baths. If you stay less than five nights, there's a one-time cleaning fee, which can range from $55 to $95, depending on unit size. There's also a 12% tax on the prices quoted here.
Each home has a fully equipped kitchen complete with microwave, dishwater, refrigerator, oven and coffeemaker. Each living room has cable TV, VCR, music system and pullout sofabed. All have dining areas and a two-car garages. Other amenities designed to increase the impression of ownership include a washer, dryer, iron, hair dryer and naturally, linens and towels.
Every condo is fully furnished with full kitchen, dining area and living room. The community recreation area includes a full size pool and spa, a kiddy pool, a snack room, a weight room, table tennis and pool tables, game room, a 50-seat theater with a VCR movie every night. You can socialize with other temporary owners while playing volleyball, basketball or tennis.
