August 3, 2004 -- Summer and early fall visitors to Orlando and Florida are a different breed from those who fly down in the cold months. Winter travelers are frantic to escape the cold and rush around to take in everything during a short stay. Down in Bonita Springs, the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa has a Summer Spectacular sale going on, with rooms at $139 per night through September 28, 2004.
