This is Antigua's premier B&B, just a 10-minute walk from some golden sandy beaches. It's a special place, with the coziest and most homelike decor on the island and a welcoming ambience that's due to the friendly owners, Sandra and Eustace Potter. Accommodations are either in the main building or in one of the cottages on the grounds; each comes with a little deck opening onto the marina. Most rooms are equipped with a small, tiled bathroom with shower, and everything is beautifully kept. The garden of the hotel overlooks the historic dockyard. Guests share the communal swimming pool, or meet for drinks in the Tree Trunk Bar. The most popular night here is Thursday, when there's an open-air barbecue. This is a delightful place to stay in Antigua if you enjoy B&Bs.
