The owners of "da Nando" recently moved their restaurant to this smaller location, which has room to seat 30 diners (down from 100). The new restaurant is still dedicated to Valdostan cuisine. The focus is on local cuisine: dishes such as fonduta (a creamy fondue of fontina, milk, and eggs served atop polenta), crepes à la Valdostana (filled and topped with melted cheese), and carbonada con polenta (beef stew dished over polenta). They are also known for an excellent selection of grilled meats, pizzas, salads, and bruschette, as well as a wine list that includes many choices from the Valle d'Aosta's limited but productive vineyards and from Piedmont.
