Though mainly a restaurant, this place is also a hotel. It's in the heart of the city's historic center, in a century-old building. The menu reflects old-fashioned culinary virtues and style. Specialties include foie gras with a confit of fruits, in the style that Apt is famous for; a charlotte of lamb with eggplant; John Dory with artichoke hearts barigoules; and a trolley laden daily with 13 different desserts.

About half of the 14 bedrooms are in a nearby annex. Doubles without air-conditioning cost 58€ ($75); those with air-conditioning cost 98€ ($127).
