Frommer's Review
Tastevin is a chic and haughty spot that serves up Aretine dishes as well as plenty of more innovative foods, too. The risatoni a'le Tastevin is a creamy version with truffles and asparagus, while the very good penne alla Tastevin comes in a cream sauce of puréed yellow peppers. Or you can try a variety of fish dishes or a bistecca di vitello al pepe verde (beef cooked in its own juices with whole peppercorns). But beware: If you're not a regular, service can verge on rude.
