Flying Fishbone ReviewThis intimate beachside restaurant is perfect for a moonlit dinner in the old fishing village of Savaneta. Many tables line the rustic wooden deck and serene beach, and are so close to the sea that your feet may get wet. Swaying palm trees and starlight glittering in the sea are the stage for the restaurant's dramatically presented nouvelle cuisine. Carpaccio of artichoke with goat cheese and honey walnut dressing is not to be missed, and the lobster bisque is also a winner. Shrimp roti and smoked duck with apples are other good appetizers. Main courses include Bouillabaisse à la Marseille, and osso buco Milanese. The Savaneta Seafood History dish is a rich mélange of seafood in a creamy traditional curry sauce.
