Centrally located on Palm Beach, this luxurious timeshare overlooks the Caribbean coastline. Built in the '80s, the resort is undergoing a renovation, which will update all units and is slated for completion in September 2010. Accommodations have balconies or decks with impressive views. Studios feature fully equipped kitchenettes, a queen-size bed, and a pullout sofa. One-bedrooms have master suites with full kitchens and living/dining areas. The one-bedroom lanai suites feature patios that open onto the pool area. Slightly larger than other one-bedroom units, they have spacious wooden decks and minigardens rather than balconies. The two-bedroom oceanfront units boast large master suites with king-size beds and two-sink bathrooms, guest rooms with two twin beds, kitchens, living and dining rooms, another full bathroom, and wraparound terraces with unbeatable vistas. Rooms facing away from the pool are generally quieter. During the peak season, most guests are luxury conscious and older, but as the year progresses, families and honeymooners begin to predominate.
