This is Aruba's most popular hangout for Dutch residents and vacationers. The blond, hip staff serves cocktails, tea and coffee, snacks, and full-fledged meals. Happy hours change frequently but always attract a festive crowd. The cow-themed bistro is open until 2am on weekdays, until 3am on weekends.
