Located on the first floor of the Brokerage, the Baltimore branch of this steakhouse chain is a favorite with the suit-and-tie crowd. The dark-wood furnishings and globe lanterns contribute to its clubby atmosphere. This is a place to come for beef -- there are six choices of steak on the menu, all butter-bathed and prepared to order, plus prime rib and filet mignon.
