Frommer's Review
Tapas is big in Baltimore -- and as pretty as Sascha's is, the food here is even better. The restaurant, adjacent to the Charles Theatre, is an ode to industrial chic, with exposed-brick walls and metal accents. The refinement is in the food, which changes seasonally: colorful salads, rockfish, country bread rubbed with Maryland tomatoes and Asiago cheese. Need something hearty? Try the paella or rainbow trout. Sangria makes a nice accompaniment, or taste one of the 37 wines or 15 beers. The desserts are a delight to the eye and a pleasure to the palate.
