This building was once a parking garage, but only the tallest guests might notice its slightly lower ceilings. Accommodations are comfortable, with room to spread out. The Cloud Club has a terrific view, lots of comfortable seating, and TVs. What makes the Brookshire an even better deal for visiting families is the full breakfast buffet served every morning. The hotel is easy to find, located a block from the Inner Harbor on one of the city's main arteries -- a convenient base for stepping out to see the sights.
