This sprawling Victorian mansion, built in 1886, is on the National Register of Historic Places. Its location puts it right on tree-lined Union Avenue and only 2 blocks from the water. The bedrooms come in all sizes -- some can even be connected to create a suite. The spacious honeymoon suite has a gas fireplace, four-poster bed, and whirlpool tub. Two guesthouses offer a little more privacy.
