Villa Geyerswörth ReviewFour buildings in the heart of Bamberg's Old Town were connected to form this boutique hotel set close to the banks of the old Ludwig-Danube-Main Canal. The structures have been completely modernized and brought up-to-date, each with good plumbing and comfortable but traditional furnishings. Standard doubles enjoy a quiet location, opening onto views of the river. The superior doubles lie in the newer section of the hotel, with views over the garden, fountains, and a pavilion. Some 80% of the guest rooms are allergy friendly. A restaurant on-site serves a contemporary cuisine with seasonal specialties.
