Hôtel de la Poste ReviewOutside the town fortifications, this traditional hotel rivals but does not surpass the more elegant Hôtel Le Cep. Its origins as an inn go back to 1660; it was radically restored in 1991 and upgraded every year since. The rooms overlook the ramparts or the vineyards, and some have brass beds. The midsize bathrooms have tub/shower combinations. Specialties at the restaurant range from chicken fricassee with tarragon to sole in court bouillon with white butter.
