As the name implies, this stylish hotel fills a huge converted Victorian town house just south of the city center. Using deep purple as an accent color, the rooms have a modern decor, with chrome and leather touches alongside soft fabrics. Basic doubles are more simply equipped, but deluxe doubles have plasma-screen TVs, modem points, and other extras. The brasserie serves modern Irish cuisine, while Bar Twelve has a laid-back, publike atmosphere, and attracts locals as well as guests.
