With so many Swedes moving to Norway, it was inevitable that these immigrants would open a restaurant in Bergen. Many classic Scandinavian dishes are served here, along with some specifically Norwegian dishes. But most of the dishes reflect the secrets of the Swedish cuisine from the Køttbullar (ping-pong meatballs) to a delectable cured salmon. If you like to eat well, but shun flashiness, this is your place. Offerings change with the season, but locals keep coming back, especially to order from the array of desserts made fresh daily.
