This little neighborhood cafe serves baked goods and sandwiches so scrumptious you'll wish the South End were your neighborhood. The soups, salads, breads, and pastries make a commute every day from the original location in suburban Concord. Everything is fresh, made from scratch, and delicious, especially the sandwiches -- like ham and cheese with the tasty addition of apple slices, or turkey and cheddar with cranberry chutney -- on incredible artisan breads. You can sit toward the front, looking out on the street, or closer to the counter, pondering what to order for a snack to eat later.
