I'm not a candle person, but even I admire the subtly fragrant offerings at this Parisian outpost. The shop carries other scented products, such as soaps and room sprays, and other brands, but if you're looking for a hostess gift with off-the-charts snob appeal, you can't go wrong with a Diptyque candle ($45).
