With a name this pretentious, you'd better dress for success; the crowd is hot and eager, yet decidedly loyal, given that the Office has pretty much outlived its sell-by date. Still, in terms of Bucharest's restless party scene, this remains a classic. Open Fri and Sat 10pm-4am.
