Unity Hostel Review

This hostel takes quiet time seriously. To stay here you need to sign a statement saying that all loud noise ends at 10pm and the common room should be empty by midnight, making it a perfect place for older travelers or those with children. They happily accommodate all. Located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, all of the rooms are bright and clean. The common room has a TV with cable, a video library, and a computer that is free to use. The kitchen area is fully equipped to prepare meals. One room has a shower with bathrooms outside; the other rooms share a bathroom and showers. Linens are provided and towels can be rented for 500 Ft per stay. Each bed has a security locker and a lock. For sun lovers, there is a rooftop terrace that overlooks the Liszt Music Academy lending itself to free concerts or just a relaxing space. The location is perfectly located with Liszt Ferenc tér less than a minute away and the ring road one block away. Access is 24/7. Péter, the owner, has spent many years in the hospitality business.

Facilities:
Communal kitchen, hair dryer (on request), Wi-Fi

About Our System

Frommer's ranks every hotel, restaurant, attraction, shop, and nightlife establishment it reviews for quality, value, service, amenities, and special features using a star-rating scale, an expression of the strong compare-and-contrast opinions that are a brand hallmark.

Other ratings provide stars based primarily on price and amenities; the Frommer's star rating is meant to quantify the kind of intangible, experiential elements that help travelers make informed decisions.

The "baseline" recommendation is zero stars--every hotel, restaurant, attraction, shop, and nightlife establishment that Frommer's chooses to review is recommended; otherwise, we simply wouldn't include it.
