A spicy prison-theme-ruled interior packs mixed crowds of daunting people-watchers, relaxed concertgoers, and dance-floor-devils alike. The casual, somewhat underdressed but fizzy bar staff also lends to the insane party atmosphere. Open Monday through Wednesday 4pm to 2am, and Thursday through Saturday 4pm to 4am. Crowds: 30s.
