Frommer's Review
While you won't find anything earth-shatteringly amazing on the menu, Cozumel does an above-average job with its basic burritos/taco/fajita menu. You'll often find red and blue corn tortillas, and the salsa is excellent. You can get basic steaks and burgers, but why? The best entrees have a healthy dose of south-of-the-border flair, like the Drunken Chicken, which comes sautéed with Sauza Hornitos tequila, red and green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and sausage.
