No, the hot dog wasn't invented here, but Buffalonians have embraced it with an unequaled passion. So forget the Texas reference -- this is a Buffalo institution. The dogs do taste better here (all that practice cooking 'em); at Louie's they come nicely seared with mustard, onions, and Louie's special Greek sauce. Best of all, you can "getcha hot dogs" 24 hours a day.
