Set on high bluffs overlooking Lake Erie, this campground has gorgeous views, along with great hiking and cross-country skiing trails. Bring your binoculars, as there are some terrific opportunities for bird-watching (it's a natural stopping place for migratory birds before they fly across the lake). Try to reserve one of the "prime" lakeside sites, which tend to fill up quickly. Cabins are primitive, with bunk beds and no hot water, and you must bring your own bedding.
