Burlington in microcosm parades through Nectar's over the course of a long day. In the morning, you'll find blue-collar workers and elderly gentlemen in ties enjoying heaping plates of eggs and hash browns. Midday finds downtown office workers in for lunch; and late in the evening, it adopts a sort of retro chic as clubbers from nearby clubs and Nectar's own lounge next door file through the cafeteria line for hamburgers, a plate of meatloaf, or a local microbrew and gravy fries, and to hang with friends.
