Hotels in Burlington, VT

There are several excellent resort properties with a half-hour's drive or so of the city. If those are too rich for your blood, a number of chain motels cluster along Route 7 (Shelburne Rd.) in South Burlington, about a 5- to 10-minute drive from downtown. While they lack even a trace of New England charm, they're generally modern, clean, and reliable.
