This is the best all-around dining choice in Chester for convenience and quality. Most of the main courses are priced at the lower end of the scale. In a delightful Parisian-style setting, the Brasserie has an extensive a la carte menu to suit most tastes and pocketbooks. You get robust flavors and hearty ingredients. Dishes transcend usual brasserie fare, as evoked by veal kidney with curry, smoked almonds, crispy shallots, and basmati; breast of duck with ravioli, pickled beets and sour cream; and Gloucestershire free-range chicken roasted with seasonal mushrooms.
