In most parts of Colorado, restaurants tend to close at 9 or 10pm during the week and 11pm on weekends, although there are exceptions. Tipping is standard for the U.S. at 15% to 20%. Local delicacies include Rocky Mountain oysters, Mexican fare, beef, and game. There are also quite a few microbreweries throughout the state, and Denver has been dubbed "the Napa Valley of beer."
