This lively restaurant-lounge with a large central bar is where it's at for many of the city's young professionals. The decor is Art Deco, the service fast and friendly. The varied, trendy menu offers such specialties as Garden Ritz veggie pizza, with fresh spinach, sun-dried tomatoes, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, fresh pesto, and three cheeses; and Siamese tuna salad -- served rare with wild greens, mango salsa, radish sprouts, pickled ginger chestnuts, and wasabi peas. I recommend Cajun chicken and shrimp, sautéed with bell peppers in a spicy alfredo sauce, or the peppered Ahi, spiced with pastrami and served with gingered white rice and sautéed spinach.
