You’ll find a wide range of lodging possibilities here, from Colorado’s ritziest resort -- the Broadmoor -- to basic budget motels. The rates listed here are the officially quoted prices (“rack rates”) and don’t take into account individual or group discounts. Generally, rates are highest from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and lowest in the spring. During graduation and other special events at the Air Force Academy, rates can increase markedly, and you may have trouble finding a room at any price. Rates listed below do not include the lodging tax (about 9% in Colorado Springs, 11% in Manitou Springs). Parking is free unless otherwise specified.

Those looking for a more upscale chain won't go wrong with the Doubletree Hotel World Arena, 1775 E.
